Abilene, TX- Milsoft Utility Solutions has announced the projected February 2009 release of thier latest addition to the Engineering and Operations Suite: Milsoft Field Engineering with associated modules of Design and Staking. Per Leon Giesecke, Milsoft's president: "The addition of field engineering, design and staking is a logical next step for our solutions suite and greatly enhances our GIS product, WindMilMap. Seamless data flow from field engineering and design into GIS, and subsequent availability of committed projects and associated data across Milsoft's engineering analysis and outage management systems makes this very, very attractive."

Milsoft has entered into a rebranding agreement with Partner Software and will utilize the Partner Platform as well as applicable Field Design/Staking within the Milsoft E&O Field Solutions Suite. Milsoft and Partner share a large number of clients and more importantly, the same high level of commitment to customer service.
