Our Staff

Jaim Ahmed, Vice President of Software Design

Jaim conducts the installation of our software. Installation requires a combination of technical and people skills. We are consistently complimented on Jaim's dedication and skill.

Linda Basinger, Director of Communications

Linda is responsible for writing documentation, providing Map Translator and Config Manager training, and communicating to our customers.

Russell Cagle, Software Developer

Russell has several years professional programming experience and specializes in programming software for hand-held devices and PCs.

John Dolezal, Director of Mapping Systems Integration

John joined us in February 2003 and his main responsibility is to deal with Map Translator issues.

Richard Fay, Project Manager of Testing

Joining Partner's staff in 2006, Richard is involved in many areas including testing, installation, and training. Richard also serves as editor for the company Wiki and manages logistics for our training conferences.

William Fay, Chairman of the Board & Customer Service Representative

Mr. Fay has owned and managed information management businesses since 1980. Bill thinks in terms of people and how they interact with information. He is actively involved in the software concept development. 

Brad Gray, Interface Coordinator

Brad received a BS in computer science from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. Since then he has built several large integrated systems involving distributed embedded computers and the data centers that manage them. He has a love of all things Linux and has worked extensively with Python, C, C++, PHP, and Java.

Russ Hicks, Configuration & Installation

Russ works with Jaim and Jay on configuring, installing, and training new software installations.

Thrane Jensen, Vice President of Technical Services

"I went to college with Paul Reavis, wandered around the world, picked up an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems, and helped to burn some money at a Silicon Valley startup. Then I moved to Athens where I much prefer working with Co-op customers." Thrane currently is involved in testing and development of next generation Partner 4.0 applications.

Nakisha Johnson, Receptionist

Nakisha is responsible for Partner's initial customer service. It is her job to make sure callers and visitors reach the right person.

Paul Reavis, President

Paul has been on the development team since 1994 and served as the lead developer since 1996. Paul establishes the software standards and guides the development of the software design.

Dave Shaw, Marketing & Sales

Dave's primary job is make sure that people have an opportunity to look at our software and to answer questions pertaining to our products.

Jay Tootle, Configuration & Installation

Jay works with Jaim and Russ on configuring, installing, and training new software installations.

Eric Wagoner, Vice President of Data Accessibility

With more than 15 years of experience in the electric utility industry, Eric understands that your data shouldn't be locked away in databases, file cabinets, or old mainframe computers. As lead developer of the Partner Web, Eric's chief goal is to make sure that you can easily access all of the information stored within the Partner System, whether it's through the web, printed reports, or via the map viewer. As our customers know, everyone in our company is available to Eric for assistance.
